Lil Win’s Movie Premiere Marred by Tragic Car Accident
Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, a Ghanaian artist, musician, actor, and comedian, and founder of Great Minds International School in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, Ghana, has recently collaborated with top Nollywood actors in a movie production called “A Country Called Ghana”. This movie has generated significant buzz and anticipation among Ghanaians and Nigerians, earning Lil Win praise and admiration for his collaboration with foreign actors. However, some have questioned why he didn’t feature only local artists.
Tragically, Lil Win was involved in a car accident just hours before the movie’s premiere. He was reportedly driving at a high speed, resulting in a crash. Those injured, including Lil Win, his manager, bodyguard, and the father of a three-year-old boy, Richard Amponsah Tawiah, were rushed to the hospital and later transferred to Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, where the young boy sadly passed away. The accident has sparked rumors on social media, with some calling for Lil Win to face consequences for his alleged reckless driving, which claimed an innocent life. This incident occurred while Lil Win was en route to the premiere of “A Country Called Ghana” in Kumasi.
