Association of Rural Bank Ghana praises Dr Kwaku Oteng for saving Atwima Rural Bank from collapsing
The Association of Rural Bank Ghana has commended effort by the CEO of Angel Group of Company, Dr Kwaku Oteng for saving the Atwima Rural Bank from collapsing.
“The strength of Atwima Rural Bank went down, and Dr Kwaku Oteng and his group came in to save the bank and brought it back into the industry with firm grounds.” Executive Director, Association of Rural Bank Ghana, Madam Comfort Owuau has said.
According to Madam Comfort Owuau who spoke to the media at the Annual General Meeting of Atwima Rural Bank held at Ofoase in the Atwima Nwabiagya SOUTH on Friday 20 October 2023 after auditing the bank this year, the association has realized there a massive improvement for the bank.
And and increase in 450% from the previous year
She noted that, the fast progress of Atwima Rural Bank shows Dr Kwaku Oteng has really made a great change to his Society especially employment opportunities the bank has created.
Madam Comfort Owuau further urged Ghanaians who have the ability to support Rural banks to do so and help the banking sector of the country’s economy.
