Flagbearer hopeful of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kennedy Agyapong has showered praises on Millionaires, Osei Kwame popularly known as Despite and Mr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong for the support he enjoys from them.
Donating 100 beds to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) on Monday January 30, 2022, in Kumasi, Mr. Agyapong noted that his philanthropic works have enjoyed continuous and considerable support from the two millionaires, both Chief Executive Officers of Despite Group of Companies and Best Point Savings and Loans.
He explained that, Despite and Mr. Sarpong have always provided financial support to aid his charity agenda and ambition anytime he calls on them.
“I want to say special thank you to Despite and Mr. Ofori Sarpong. They have supported my charity projects all these years.
They have not relented in donating cash amounts and material supports anytime I call on them.
I am very grateful to the two gentlemen who are also very good friends of mine.” Hon. Agyapong stated.
Hon. Kennedy Agyapong is the Member of Parliament for the Assin Central constituency, occupying the seat since 2000.
He has declared his intentions to contest in the ruling New Patriotic Party upcoming presidential primaries.
The party is yet to schedule a date for the elections.
